Salami "Santa'Angelo"

The Salami of "Sant'Angelo" is the fruit of an accurated selection of meat, typology of the cut "punta di coltello" (knife tip cutting) and of the nature of the added ingredients.
The constant and exclusive microclimate in the fertil valley of S. Angelo render unique this delicious product.

The Salami of "Sant'Angelo" has the acknowledgement IGP CE.
