The preffered type of olives used are: “Nasitana”, Nocellara Messinese”, “Santagatese” and “Minuta”.

The quality of our organic extra virgin olive oil bases on the sicilian sun, the fertil soil, the hand work for the harvest and grinding of the olives.

Old traditions of the country’s man civilty on the hills of the Nebrodi revive in our technic of manufacture, offering a light and pure golden-brown coloured oil. Fruity flavour. Biological control.

The low content of acidity is due to the selected coltivated olives and the brevious period of time between the harvest, stocking and grinding.
